Ideal for I/O motor cover

The SeaRay I/O motor cover had no insulation except on the inside. Have also used this in an engine cover with great results. Had to cut to order and it's pretty gooey but good for a beginner. Noise has been greatly reduced (not quiet) but greatly improved.
