Review on OXO Good Grips Silicone Pastry Mat, Tan, Size: One by Brandon Bugg

I've never used Silpat so I can't compare the two but they are great for cutting out cookies. Non-stick, minimizes smearing, super easy cleaning. My only issue and the reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the size. I have Nordicware 1/2 leaf cutters, this mat is slightly wider to fit the floor perfectly. Maybe the pans are to blame and they would be better in a different brand of tray. They're a game changer anyway, I've used parchment paper while battling some recipes that were still circulating more than I'd like. I haven't had any more problems since the purchase.
