Don't waste your money. The only good thing about the tray holder is that it folds up. That's all. It's next to impossible to contact support, you just get a canned response message that has nothing to do with the reason you contacted them in the first place. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and won't be buying it again. Poor quality tray holder. Trays difficult to fit into slots as they are too tight and don't sit flat. The end slots really stand out. Forget about sliding shells in and out while the drill bits are in the shell. Yes that's right, it messes up the way the drill bits are carefully sifted and aligned. The rubber on the bottom is very thin so stacking doesn't work. The bottom does not support the trays when pressure is applied to them. The tray holder simply slides down to reveal another tray holder underneath. I also didn't have a lid for one of the tic-tac storage containers. I have emailed the seller describing the problem including my contact details and phone number. All I got back was a canned answer that had nothing to do with why I had contacted her.
