My daughter loves it but it took me a while to figure out how to get the watch out of demo mode. Luckily I read a review of similar watches and figured out how to do it. It would be easier if these instructions came with the product. Also, the watch strap tends to fall off easily, but like the fact that it has both games and the ability to teach time rolled into one, I can see it keeping my daughter's interest for some time. Press and hold the Right-Left button and the OK button together for about 5 seconds to turn off the demo mode. 3 beeps will sound. Do this first before you decide that the item is not working.
