The product is great, but expensive. The item arrived with the box torn open and the items inside the plastic bag was opened. Apparently someone got this and opened it (took longer to get my order, delayed a couple of days).
- My senior lady loves it, but I see no difference in her coat. She is 22 years old!!!
- May dry out quickly if not used frequently
