Only 13 in pack. I didn't order a used/open pack. I ordered a new one. Opened package received.I'm going to message seller and see what happens, lower Stars initially for sending me less quantity than ordered.Otherwise these seem the same quality as 3M or similar quality as 3M version.The plastic is translucent enough to see wires reach the end to ensure you have enough wire before you crimp.Update: they corrected the issue. Sent out a complete set. I did have to return first package.

They do what there supposed to do. Easy to use and just as good as some more expensive couplers .

Could be difficult to install in hard-to-reach areas
