This is a beautiful golden lamp, modern and retro at the same time. It measures approximately 14 inches in diameter and is easy to assemble to replace any existing ceiling light. I love the clean look and the gold color is unique and looks better than I expected. The light is where this block really shines. An array of LEDs across the entire surface of the fixture provides soft, even, bright light and a pleasantly warm color temperature of 4000K. Lamps do not flicker or buzz. The only downside to this light is that it is not dimmable at all. For most applications this is not a problem. If you need dimming, this lamp is not for you. I like the way my house looks. I replaced an old but dated light fixture with this one and it retains a mid-century look whilst giving off a clean modern vibe and I really like it as a bedroom light fixture.
