I have a terrible problem with plaque so I go to the dentist every 3 months for cleaning. I've always used small round heads and then I decided to try these. Oh god, big difference to me. The head is larger, so it not only cleans the tooth, but also the gums, where plaque accumulates. The bristles are different lengths and I think that makes them more effective too. I went back to the round head for two weeks and noticed a big difference, so I went back to those flossed heads. I still floss a lot, but this brush head really makes a difference. Highly recommended. And I'm a real person, I don't get paid to write reviews.
