Review on Porcelain Threaded TWDRTDD Threaded Porcelain by Roman Starr
Great for what I needed it for, a bit pricey.
I used this to replace a fluorescent bulb on a fan/light in my bedroom. The ballast portion of the device was out of order and just sat there humming. The assembly on the fan was a bit more difficult than usual, but not bad. A bit pricey but that was pretty much the only thing that worked.

- Terminal screws are reversed and color coded for easy connection.
