I love these pans. They are strong but not too heavy. They are neither easy nor cheap. The care instructions seem intimidating, but if they extend the life of these pans, I agree. The instructions say not to use a spray and extra virgin olive oil and I'm having a hard time following that. They say they leave a residue. Otherwise there are no complaints. They are so easy to wash that hand washing becomes a pleasure. They are not 100% non-stick. Lots of things are cooked without oil but I still have to use egg oil and have been since day one. In my experience, most nonstick pans only stay nonstick for a short time anyway. They heat up evenly and cook well. I didn't have the heat transfer issues that some reviewers had. Handwash only. Use utensils made of plastic or wood. Don't overheat. Do not use sprays or extra virgin olive oil. Temperature before cooking (I have a toddler, don't have time for that lol but it hasn't caused me any problems so far) I also have a Green Pan Rio set and love it just as much.
