The control unit broke after 8 months and I had no luck with other sellers in getting customer service to rectify issues and so I did not contact the seller. But after 2 yrs I came across buyer feedback on the excellent customer service. I was hesitant in reaching out but anyways dropped a mail. They immediately responded with additional queries on the specific model. I shared pictures on my unit. They suggested a hard reset but that didnt work. Within the next 2 days I got the replacement parts - no questions asked and the height adjustment on the desk is working again. I would any day recommend them (even if the parts can be of better quality) because they more than make up for any deficiency with their excellent customer service
