FIRST THIS IS NOT A HIGH LEVEL LINE OUT (LOC) CONVERTER! This product has no impedance and is not designed to take a high level speaker signal and convert it to a low level RCA signal. It is specially designed to send high level signals unmodified to amplifiers through RCA cable and high level signals through RCA. In my case I am using it on a JBL Club 5501 amp which has a switch to select the high level input via RCA. Don't buy it and think you can use it as a LOC on any amp. Applying 20+ volts to a regular 2-4 volt RCA input can ruin your amp, or at least cause it to play at maximum volume even if your receiver is set to its lowest setting.
