It has good heft and good length, feels good in your hand. I bought it to try to unlock my I.T. Band. To use it you need oil or lotion, which makes it too slippery to hold on to. I wanted one with a handle, but could not find in affordable price range. It is well made, lovely actually, but difficult to use for my needs.
- Works great just a little hard to get a good grip on in the beginning
- It may require assistance from someone else to use effectively
