This is an excellent tool for reducing adhesions. Can even help on the face without causing petichiae (sha) If used gently and carefully, and works on small, difficult places where cups won’t hold. Very easy to clean.

I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis for a while. It’s difficult because every time I do workout, it flares up. This tool has made it so much better. Every night, I scrape this on the bottom of my foot, softly at first to warm it up, and then hard. There are tons of YouTube videos to show you how to do it. IT WORKS! I also use it on my calves and ankles. Amazing!

I searched the description, reviews and questions and found it listed as 7.9 inches in length. It is actually 5.5 inches. This difference in size means the curves are not ideal for larger muscles. Overall it feels like a solid product. Just wish it was larger.

I finally found a Graston tool similar to what my physical therapist uses. I Have a lot of scar tissue and scarred facia. This is a tool that keeps me walking. Yes it’s painful, but it does the job.

I got this b/c I use scraping tools at work (LMT) and wanted something for at home. It is duller than what I’m used to but it does get the job done.
