I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis for a while. It’s difficult because every time I do workout, it flares up. This tool has made it so much better. Every night, I scrape this on the bottom of my foot, softly at first to warm it up, and then hard. There are tons of YouTube videos to show you how to do it. IT WORKS! I also use it on my calves and ankles. Amazing!
