Before purchasing I measured my wrist which was about 165mm long. The middle band is perfect when packing. But after 15 minutes in the gym, the bracelet dangled around my wrist and couldn't get an accurate reading. Now it's forever big. I just ordered a size small, I hope it will keep my size after the first use. Not itchy, suitable for Amazfit Band5, good looking, easy to put on and take off. This is a good, simple strap. If it hadn't irritated me, I would have given 5 stars. If size S fits, I can change this rating to 4 stars. Moral of the story, I recommend going one size down as it doesn't fully spring back after the first use.
