Nothing is easier than replacing an original antenna.
Is screwed onto the standard thread directly from the package. I didn't have to use any of the included hardware other than the rubber grommet. Perfect fit for my 1997 Chevy S10 LS Extended Cab. Installed in about a minute. Opening the packaging took longer than screwing it to the base. Good quality, love the carbon fiber look.
