The device has stopped working intermittently. There is no fixed place on the seller's website to get support. The links provided for the FAQ were broken until I brought it to their attention. Now that the FAQ links are working, they are very basic and only offer simple, obvious suggestions for the 5 problems. I used the web contact form to contact support and received a confirmation email and ticket number. No response after 10 days. I contacted her via Twitter. After 3 days I received a reply asking me to contact support. I repeated that I had already opened a ticket. They asked for a ticket number and said they would look. Haven't heard back after trying to contact her again via Twitter. return goods.
