Good Silicone Pan in my review

A little deeper than metal 9" round pans I have - which is good for items that will grow during baking. Easy to clean, easy removal. I've seen some reviews complaining about the fact that they are flimsy - this isn't flimsy in the sense that it will flop around all over the place, but it is a silicone pan and therefore it moves and bends when you lift it. Sit it on a sheet pan if you're worried about anything spilling out during transfer to the oven. Works great, bakes evenly.
