This sleeve is not like other sleeves. Other sleeves were either too tight, too loose, or in the wrong place. There are many bones in the foot and many different problems. THIS case is like a second skin. This multi-directional compression means it works the same everywhere on the foot. It has medium compression which is great for injuries. It's comfortable enough to wear to avoid injury while playing sports (or just walking like I did). The KEY is to measure correctly first. Order a flexible tape measure - they're cheap. A good fit of these sleeves is invaluable. If it fits, then it works! If it doesn't fit you, don't give up, just choose a better size for yourself, because this is your dream come true! It also works under the tires which helped a lot with the initial injury where the tires alone weren't enough. Put on your regular sock and put on your shoes. It's thin enough not to cause any problems or discomfort.
