This is a five star product but I can only give it four stars as it tends to vary from the outlet it is plugged into. It has a regular copper plug at the bottom for plugging into an outlet and a plastic plug at the top. Unfortunately, the plastic plug doesn't really offer much support. The top of the Globe Electric 6 Outlet protrudes slightly from the top. It doesn't seem to matter much, but the manufacturer/designer should have handled this a little better. I believe a piece of double sided tape or something similar will solve the problem. In terms of how it works, this space-saving marvel of the Globe Electric 6-Way Swivel is an amazing product. My answering machine at home and several small devices with low power consumption are connected to it. I also charge my Kindle Fire and smartphone using the two USB ports on the top of the device. The best six outlet wall faucet I've seen outside of an extension cord.
