I was skeptical at first because I spent several days looking for a label printer that didn't have any negative reviews and was in my price range. The last printer I tried didn't work at all because the pages were in Chinese (I think) and they were too complicated. It shouldn't be difficult to set up or print. After connecting it to my windows computer I downloaded the driver from the website so make sure you click on the correct driver link, there are two and one of them doesn't work. Once it was installed and I could set it up, everything ran smoothly and I was FINALLY able to print. As a small business owner, you want to keep things as simple as possible because no one has time for that. Yes, get a printer anyway to save time.
