This product is a complete disappointment .Based on my experience, the touchscreen is highly unresponsive and takes forever to register any input. the only positive aspect of this product is the Bluetooth capability which allows for hands-free calls. However, the cons greatly outweigh this one pro. The micropone is extremely low-quality and barely picks up any sound, making conversations while driving nearly impossible.
