I like this material and I think it helped me. I give him credit for fixing the nicked thumb I had for at least two years. (I've tried applying moisturizers and taking silica, but they didn't help.) It doesn't taste bad at all, although I do need some sweet flavor to go with it. It mixes very well with yogurt and isn't that difficult to mix with milk if you work on it a bit. I've also tried mixing it into granola and then adding milk or yogurt, which has an interesting texture and decent taste. I'm not that easy to convince, but the information on the company's website and on the label seems very reliable, very informative and very convincing. It might even cost money! Update: In 2018 they had a quality control issue and the seals on the jars broke. Two of my jars (out of an order of six) had mold and two had some whey powder spilling out of the lid before opening. All had defective fillings. I am a fan of this company and their serum so I was sorry to break them the news but when I discovered the seriousness of the problem I asked for and received a full refund. At the same time, however, I'd like some indication that they figured out what happened and fixed it or worked on it. Anyway, I cannot recommend their product and am looking for a new brand.
