Not bad. Did one side of my face where I have some annoying hairs on my chin and it's so smooth. I did a few brows and I can understand why some reviews say they almost ripped out most of the brows. I suggest if you're using it on your brows, don't lay it flat as the twisting strands seem to rip out the hairs too. But I managed to correct the eyebrows a little. I would recommend this product, maybe not just for the brows, but maybe to take care of those pesky hairs that you don't want, between the brows, on the chin or elsewhere.
