Battery operated tea lights not as good as the real thing.

I used these luminaries to line the sidewalk in Christmas Eve. In contrast to the neighbors’ luminaries with actual candles, these were quite dim. I put sand in the bottom of the bags to keep them from blowing away, and they definitely stayed put. It was a little damp outside so the bags sagged a little from the moisture. The bags were a decent substitute for the milk jugs I used to use, but the tea lights not so much. I prefer the brightness of a real candle. They stayed lit for about 7 hours but got increasingly dim.

Great value — I loved that they came with the electric candles. They looked beautiful and added a very pretty ambiance at my outdoor wedding venue!

Bags get very soft after a day on a cold sidewalk. They give you extra candles because there are a few duds.
