I've been in the high tech aquarium business for almost ten years now. When I bought this device I did a lot of research to find the best value for money and the best size. Now that I have FZone I'm very satisfied, it's exactly what I was hoping for. Overall Product Satisfaction: High Build Quality Impression: High The product feels very solid. There's no plastic on it. I assume it will last for many years. Needle Valve Rating: High I have used many needle valves over the years and this is the best I have ever used. It has precise control over the number of bubbles; and after it's installed it doesn't seem to drift. I appreciated the sign showing which way to turn; since it's a frustrating guessing game about other regulators. Impression of the controller: Adjusting the controller is easy. After installation; It doesn't seem to increase or lose output pressure. Bubble Counter Impression: High. It looks clean, professional and exactly how you want it on your demo tank. Bladder reading is easy and consistent. Pressure gauge impression: high. The gauges are large, in psi and kg/cm2, and easy to read. A second "Tank" gauge helps to identify when the tank is getting low so I can fill it up before it's empty. as my socket/socket is not easily accessible. Unboxing/Accessories Impression: Quality The packaging is what I expect from a quality product. It contains a bottle key; what I wanted when I needed it. I was also happy to see an extra set of O-rings; no manufacturer thinks about that anymore. Customer support impression: very high. I have contacted Fzone with minor issues in the past. They responded very quickly and were very personable and helped me with my problem. I was very impressed. Just try to get that kind of customer service or product commitment from the big guys! Overall, it's hard to overlook the fact that FZone wants to be the best in the business. If they continue to make such products and support their customers as they have done for me in the past; I believe they will be there quickly.
