Review on 👟 Ryka Blaze Women's Shoes: Black Cross Training Sneakers for Women by Laura Jackson

These shoes are true to size in my opinion. I ordered a 9.5 because of the reviews and should have ordered a 9. I usually wear a 9 in sneakers but was concerned they would be too tight. I have a high arch and do extremely high impact Zumba, so I needed a shoe with strong support that would fit my foot. I will be going with the larger size as I have worn these and just put on thicker socks and as my toenails are painted and slightly longer than I normally have in closed shoes this size works very well. These shoes are great for zumba - the bottom of the shoe doesn't allow me to rotate properly to avoid hurting my knee so I put my dance socks over the shoes and it works great! I would recommend these shoes to anyone who has a high arch and needs support and I would order whatever size you normally wear.
