I bought this camera thinking it was wireless, how wireless. No, that is not so. Maybe it's my fault but definitely not what I was looking for. I have a place to plug my camera in, the outlet causes the cord to hang down dangerously so I wanted a wireless camera. So unfortunately I have to turn it off when I'm not using it. When I unplug the power cord and plug it back in, it takes forever to restart. I wait 15-20 minutes, and at this time the child still wakes up again and the device has not restarted. This company emailed me asking me to rate them 4 or 5 stars and I get a $6 rebate. I emailed them saying I had an issue and due to the pandemic outside I was unable to return. Your answer was simple, we recommend you leave it connected. So you are fed up with these product reviews as they offer people money for good reviews! You get what you pay for I guess.
