Although the advertisement said these previously used ink cartridges would work with my home printers, they didn't work with any of them. The black cartridge worked for a short time in my HP Envoy 4520 but was recently rejected. The printer told me several times that I needed to reload the cartridge and indicated that it was out of ink. Tried another black cartridge and same problem. Neither color nor black work with my HP Officejet 5258. Apparently the printer software is able to identify and reject these cartridges. This was probably designed by HP to ensure we only buy their cartridges. I understand that, but the seller of these refills should know this in advance and save the consumer the time and expense of buying/sampling/and returning their cartridges. Don't buy if you haven't already and they don't work for you on your devices.
