HP3830. 63XL. Bought a multi pack. I got one of the black guys to work with. Others say uninstall and reinstall. Did it, same message over and over again. I changed seller and everything worked. Cleaned the device well, exhausted the working one and tried the non-working ones, and again the same message. I tried to return but the return window has expired. $88 for a cartridge, making these remanufactured cartridges more expensive than new original cartridges. I recommend trying them all out if…

I was looking forward to this product and will have it for a long time! The first black cartridge worked great! When I opened the 2nd black cartridge for installation, the cartridge was completely empty! I had to install a third black cartridge which luckily had ink. So I was definitely fooled and ended up with only 2 black ink cartridges, not the 3 I was promised. Very disappointing. Could you please send 1 black full cartridge that I am missing?

Bought 5 pieces. 3 b/w, 2 colors. Bought a month ago. Today I'm looking at the new B&W, it didn't work. I tried all possible troubleshooting methods and went to the manufacturer's website. Nothing worked. So I put in another black and white image and it worked, suggesting that the first one I tried was just low quality. I don't have a 30 day return window from Revain, we'll see if this company lives up to their 1 year guarantee. If so, I'll update this review with the good news.

This is a good quality remanufactured cartridge. The blacks weren't as dark or crisp as my original HP cartridge, but good enough for my purpose. The color was very good. So I rate the product. However, since my last purchase in March, the price has increased by almost $30 for the same amount in June. It doesn't go well with keeping me as a client. Price increases of 50%, especially at this critical time during the pandemic, prompt me to look for another supplier. I'm disappointed.
