We got this for our dog to wear to an event. The collar feels like it's made out of a cheap craft store felt layered on top of each other. I was hoping for $20 it would be a little nicer than "velvet colored" felt. Our dog doesn't roll or rub up against anything and within a few hours of walking around the rhinestones started to fall out. It has chunks of missing rhinestone now and is unwearable. We paid less for our dog's new Kong collar and it's a heavy duty thick material. I didn't expect the collar to be perfect or super strong, I was just hoping for a little bit better than felt.
