What happened to X-ACTO?
I used to be able to use one blade for multiple projects before it became dull and needed replacing. Now the spikes seem to break off almost immediately. like they use cheaper metal or something. When I complained to their support they told me to use a cutting mat. As I responded to this, of course I use a cutting mat. and the X-ACTO brand to boot. I never received an answer. I would happily pay more money for quality blades that don't need to be constantly replaced in the middle of my projects. Until then, I think I'll stick with it.
