Doesn't fit well out of the box.

Peerless makes a quality mount but it doesn't fit the new 40 inch Samsung TV I installed. bracket protruding above the TV. I used a hacksaw and cut off the top portions of the two brackets. After a bit of work and smoothing it fit nicely.
