The best part was how much information it could gather about your employees. It also gave us the ability to see where we were spending money and what areas we needed to improve. I have nothing bad to say about this product. It did everything I asked for and more. The only thing I didn't like was when you had to be logged into the system to use it. This has allowed us to see which departments need to train more and which ones need to hire more people.
