Poor product performance

Instructions were missing indicating a plug and play product. Not correct! I spent an hour searching through many microscopic tiles (that couldn't be enlarged) for the HDMI "channel" that showed up under the QR code on my TV, only to find that none of the channels matched the matched i needed connect my phone video. to my television. Even if I ever find the right HDMI channel, I won't have that experience for the life of the product. So I issued a refund.
