NO BUT - NOT WORKING

I tried to connect my iPhone 12 but it was never recognized. That does not work. Spend your money and get the best quality. Tried another HDMI port, no problem. I missed the return window by a few days so now I'm stuck in the trash.

Didn't work for computer accessories and peripherals

I bought it to connect my iPad and phone to a projector but it didn't work. I've tried both my phone and iPad on my TV and projector and neither worked. I hope I get a refund! I don't understand how it's certified by Apple if it doesn't work

Plays briefly for DVI HDMI adapter

I was able to connect it to my iPhone 11 but it only played for about 3 minutes, after that it showed something on the TV screen that I could scan. I looked and it was some kind of advertisement. I will turn back. tried several times and each time the same

There is no contact information for customer service.

This product is NOT plug and play. Destinations are not understandable and the package says to contact customer service "24 hours" and not to leave negative feedback. However, I don't see a way to contact the support team. I would like to spend a lot of time on the phone or email to troubleshoot the issue but without contact information this is not possible.

It's cheap because it doesn't work

I was expecting it to be plug and play but I should have read the reviews first. You have to connect to a power source, download an application, update the firmware... and it still doesn't work. The package says to contact customer service before leaving negative feedback, but there is no contact information for customer service. Pay extra money and get a real Apple connector.

Poor product performance

Instructions were missing indicating a plug and play product. Not correct! I spent an hour searching through many microscopic tiles (that couldn't be enlarged) for the HDMI "channel" that showed up under the QR code on my TV, only to find that none of the channels matched the matched i needed connect my phone video. to my television. Even if I ever find the right HDMI channel, I won't have that experience for the life of the product. So I issued a refund.

That does not work. Just buy the Apple brand

Well it plugged into my TV once, didn't stream and left a QR box on my TV for a random unrelated product that didn't leave the screen . Now it doesn't even connect to my TV or register, it even connects to my phone. Keep in mind that I've been using an Apple branded adapter for years and I know what does and doesn't transfer. It eventually broke for me and I was hoping to save a few bucks to replace it. Unfortunately only buy the apple brand. They are the only ones that actually work with the…
