There is no contact information for customer service.

This product does NOT support automatic configuration. Destinations are not understandable and the package says to contact customer service "24 hours" and not to leave negative feedback. However, I don't see a way to contact the support team. I would like to spend a lot of time on the phone or email to troubleshoot the issue but without contact information this is not possible.
