Review on Clean Your Water From Sediment And Chlorine With Dual Stage Whole House Filter System by Sam Kriegshauser

Easy to install and has removed the chlorine smell

Ordered this unit and it arrived in good shape. I read some reviews that people payed up to $500 to have this installed by a professional. If you have any handyman skills whatsoever, you can do this yourself. I am not a plumber and it took my a little over an hour using Sharkbite plumbing fixtures and Pex tubing, total cost was $49. If you look at the photo I added it shows the parts I used and how I added the filter into my existing plumbing. Also, remember to move your ground wire to the 'house side" of the filter. After installation my tap and shower water are free of chlorine. I did notice about a 10% drop in shower pressure but hoping this will return to normal after a few uses. I would recommend this filter, seems to work well and was easy to install.Note* If you have never used Sharkbite fixtures with Pex tubing I would highly recommend them. There is no soldering, no hassle, just simply press the pipe or tubing into the Sharkbite and it snaps in and your done, no leaks.Best part is, if you make a mistake you can use a little "C" shaped plastic tool that comes with the fixtures and just pop the pipe and fixture apart again This product literally turns a difficult job into a very simple one. Each fixture is about $9 and can be found at any hardware store. I've been using these for years and have never had a leak. Good luck
