Really comprehensive analysis and reporting software
I like that it's easy to use with all my other products (such as Mailchimp). It doesn't get in your way or look out of place when you're working from another screen at work/home etc - everything just works! The reports are also really useful for seeing what traffic sources bring me most business so we can focus our efforts there more efficiently. There isn’t anything i would dislike but perhaps having an easier UI might be nice? We've been able to track where people have come into contact with us online which has given great insight about how best spend time promoting ourselves both through social media channels & website updates / blog posts.
Pros
- Easy access, integrates well within existing platforms
- Helps make marketing campaigns run smoothly without too much effort.
- Has made analysing trends over data very simple compared previous tracking methods used previously by businesses such ours; ) Great customer service team who always respond quickly if required even outside office hours :)
Cons
- If someone were new they could find this application hard initially due
