It worked well. No pops! Decent quality but not high quality balls. Did the job.
Balloons were fine. Mixed reviews led me to order 2 sets in case a lot got damaged or popped, but only 1 had a hole and 1 space (which is normal for any pack of balloons). This photo shows 1 set. They are not super quality, they appear to be translucent. But for a kids party, they came up and didn't pop when I assembled the garland. I would buy again.
