The tool itself is fine. Good quality. Very difficult. But it was pointless for me to remove the old races from the tube. My old races were pretty much flush with the inside of the pipe so the tool never got a chance to grab them. He just glided over her. Maybe if the ends are bent a bit? I do not know. I ended up using a crowbar I had in my garage.
