Cheap quality and bad work
The goods are of poor quality. When installed, the wire did not fit because the metal arm of the lever was twisted and deformed. I had to pry the metal to get it up. After the installation was completed I checked the door and although it works, it doesn't work smoothly and it takes some effort to open the door. It works but I'm not sure how long it will last.
