The best feature is the ability to have multiple stores, which makes it easier when I am running multiple websites. Also, the customer service is excellent. We were looking for an inventory management software, but we could not find one that had everything we wanted. So we purchased several different programs until we found what we needed. This was the only program that had everything we needed. It would be nice if it had some better inventory control features other than just an excel spreadsheet. There are many times where I try to access the database, but it does not open or load properly. I need to make sure there are no issues with our server before trying again, otherwise it fails every time. This works fine, however, I cannot always guarantee that it will work. If you are looking for a good inventory management tool, this should definitely be at the top of your list. It has helped improve my productivity in managing sales and inventory. I do not have any.
