Review on ANCwear by Mike Betzing

Unfortunately, my recent experience with ANCwear, where I made a purchase of a smartwatch, was less than ideal. First of all, I didn't get what I ordered because of the website's false product description. Their customer service response time was extremely poor, and when they did reply, they were unhelpful and didn't appear to care about finding a solution to my problem. They also took longer than expected to dispatch my order, and the tracking information they gave was inaccurate. My whole impression of ANCwear was negative, and I would not suggest them. My purchase was a waste of time and energy due to inaccurate product descriptions, unhelpful customer service, and inconsistent shipment.
