Waste of money, no results

After trying this product, I can confidently say that it's a waste of money. I didn't notice any improvements in my athletic performance or overall health. The only positive is that it does not have any unpleasant taste or smell. However, for the price, it's not worth buying as it didn't provide me with the antioxidant protection it claims to offer. Save your money and invest in a different amino acid supplement.
