Looks Absolutely Exactly. Shows the same temperature as my Nest thermostat and Hovabator incubator and the thermostat in my fridge. I'm happy to have a level of confidence that my instruments are reading accurate temperatures. Most likely I will continue to test the oven. I haven't tested it with boiling water yet.
