I've been using Biochem as a protein shake after my morning run for over 3 years. I use it to replenish and give my body the energy it needs. I've tried chocolate, vanilla, vegan vanilla and this. This one, because it's natural, has no real taste. It's actually a bit sour, but drinkable. I add some milk to make it a little creamier, but 1 volume and 3/4 cup of water isn't too much. Also note that the jar is the same size as chocolate and vanilla but is about 1/2 full, so that's deceptive. Packaging waste if you ask me. I think next time I'll give it up and just eat more tendon for collagen absorption. I wish they would use some kind of pouch because it's so hard to get every last gram of this expensive stuff out.
