Hard to believe as the block was double boxed and the block itself was surrounded by foam. But the cap is broken where the #5 wire goes in. When I go through the return process I have to show videos of me opening the CCTV box to prove I did nothing to damage the unit. When I come back, I'll stay another week and finish work. The rest of the device looks excellent. Like I said, it couldn't have been packaged any better. According to the documentation that came with the unit, removing the sticker indicating cover removal will void the warranty. (I usually take the lid off when installing the manifold to make sure the time is correct twice). Oh I almost forgot, delivery was on time as expected. If everything works as it should with the new cap I will try to change my rating to a higher number.
