I understand that table tops don't have to be spectacular or of amazing quality. After all, it's a piece of plastic that protects your tablecloth and table from splatters, stains and life. To be honest I don't think this product can be any cheaper than what was shipped to me. For starters, he was already so badly dented and battered that there was no hope he looked decent. I was very disappointed with the packaging and to be honest paying $8 for this item is way too much. It's like what you buy in a store for 0.99 cents. The measurements are about an inch off in length and it doesn't cover my tablecloth or stay in place. Anything you put inside, like a simple glass or even a decorative bowl, will leave marks on the plastic that won't go away. Honestly it can't get any worse, save your money and buy something that will do the job. Work. You'll be glad you did.
